Can I go in if I am pregnant, have a heart condition or in poor health?
We do not recommend the haunted house to anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition or in general poor health.

Is there an age limit?
Although there are no age restrictions, children twelve and younger should be accompanied by an adult. Young children who get to the front door and are too scared to enter will not be forced (not even by their well-meaning parents). We do not recommend our attractions for very young children. Just remember Terror Falls does not give refunds.

What time does the haunted house usually open?
Ticket sales begin at 7:30pm and haunting begins at dark

Do you offer group discounts?
Group rates are available for groups over 10 providing the reservation and rate is approved in advance. Call (803) 781-2867 for more information

Is there a discount for small children?
No. We do not recommend our haunted houses for very young children. If you choose to bring them, they are charged the same price as everyone else

Are your attractions open if it rains?
Absolutely!!! Unless there is extremely bad weather or heavy rains, Terror Falls will remain open. Updates will be posted on the website and social media regarding closings.

Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes! Terror Falls has a General Store with drinks and snacks for sale. You can also purchase souvenir t-shirts.

Can we take flash photos or video of your haunted houses?
NO! Haunted houses are dark and everyone especially the actors eyes adjust to the low light. And, flash photography and video disrupt the experience for others. Also no other recording devices are allowed (video cameras, etc.).
Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside (including nightshot), the monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures.

Can I hit the actors, take the props, destroy the rooms, etc.?
No! Anyone hitting our actors or destroying any part of the Haunt will be removed by on duty Officers and we reserve the right to press charges. Of course, if you’re escorted from the property there will be no refunds. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. Please go through the haunt in a civilized manner and everyone (including yourself) will have a great time!

What can't we bring with us inside your haunted houses?
No weapons! No Alcoholic Beverages! No Cameras! No pets! No Food or beverage! No laser pointers or flashlights!

Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors at Terror Falls will not touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with some of the sets.

Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house?
We do use fog machines at Terror Falls. Should you find the smoke too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attraction.

Are there strobe lights?
Yes, we do use strobe lights occasionally.

Is it dark?
There are very dark areas in all of our Haunts.

Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to Netherworld?
No. For safety reasons, we are sorry to say patrons are not permitted to wear costumes.

Do your attractions have security?
Yes. Terror falls has uniform Officers on duty every night.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
NO! And they are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any.

How old do you have to be to work at Terror Falls?
You must be at least 18 years old to work at Terror Falls.

Does Terror Falls accept credit cards?
No, Terror Falls accepts cash only. Terror Falls does not accept credit cards, but there is an ATM on site.

What should I wear?
Please dress comfortable. As you may need to run, crawl, get through tight spaces. Also, you will be walking, running on uneven surfaces in either dimly lit areas or areas that have no light at all. Be forewarned!! So expect the unexpected!!
